This mountain chalet offers a beautiful living area with an open kitchen, dining room and spacious and bright living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living area includes comfortable sofas with TV and opens onto a terrace overlooking the river and with a view of the Pointe de Nyon.
The chalet has 5 comfortable bedrooms and 1 mezzanine and can accommodate up to 13 people.
The chalet is located in the center of Morzine, close to shops (groceries, sports shops, etc.), 300M from the swimming pool, the sports center (ice rink, indoor swimming pool, equestrian center, etc.), restaurants, bakeries (150M), cinema (200M). But you are away from noise pollution and it is a safe area where you can go out safely.
Free parking. You can leave your car alone for the entire week. In winter, free shuttles (100 meters from the chalet) take you to the slopes in 5 minutes.

The Chalet Montagnard L'Atelier, located in the heart of Morzine, will be the ideal place for a relaxing and causy holiday with family or friends.
With a beautiful location just a few minutes' walk from the resort's restaurants, bars, and shops, it offers beautiful spaces with a 40 m² living area and its comfortable lounge area opening onto a terrace. It has six spacious and elegantly decorated bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
Chalet L'Atelier also has an outdoor balcony for relaxing after a day in the great outdoors and a mezzanine/play area to entertain the youngest.
The living room of this newly built chalet has a seating area with sofas and armchairs for enjoying television.
The large kitchen, with a view of the Pointe de Nantaux and the village church, is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave hob, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Your whole group can gather for dinner around the dining table, which can comfortably seat up to 13 people.
For your equipment, the chalet has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a ski room (and secure bike room in summer).
The five elegantly decorated bedrooms can be configured to your liking.
Heating and water are of course included in the rental of the accommodation (charges included)
Chalet L'Atelier is located in the center of the resort, a stone's throw from the town hall square and rue du bourg with its many shops, restaurants and bars.
To access the slopes, you can take the free shuttles, with a stop 100 meters from the chalet, which run every 5 minutes. They drop you off directly at the bottom of the Pleney ski lifts (for the Morzine-Les Gets area) or Super-Morzine ski lifts (for the Avoriaz area and the rest of the Portes du Soleil). You can also reach these cable cars on foot in 10 minutes. Finally, a second option for accessing Avoriaz is to take the shuttle to Les Prodains, which drops you off at the Avoriaz cable car.
